Enrollment Process

  1. Application forms for classes LKG to IX and XI will be issued by the office after registration

  2. Admission Procedure will begin within a week of submission of filled application forms.

  3. Provisionally selected students will be called for an interview.( receipt of interview card does not guarantee admission)

  4. Request of changing the date of interview is at the sole discretion of Principal.

  5. No information will be sent to student who have not been selected for the interview

  6. Once the admission card is issued the fees must be paid immediately or else admission will stand cancelled.

  7. The name of the student and date of birth should be identical in all original certificates. No corrections or overwriting without proper authority is permitted.

  8. Application forms should be filled neatly, legibly and in Upper case.

Fees Schedule 

The fees structure can be obtained from the office.

LKG to IX & XI - term fees – May, August, November & February

 X & XII - term fees – April, July, October, January.

Book fees, Uniform fees, Exam fees (X, XI,XII ) Id card, Arts and science fees will be charged separately.

               

 

 

FEES ONCE REMITTED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR TRANSFERRED.

Cash counter timings

Weekdays: 9.00a.m. to 12.00 pm, 12.45 pm to 4.30 pm.

Saturday: 9.00am to 01.00 pm

Admission Requirements

The Documents Required For Admission

L.K.G. to XII

  • Passport size photos of student and both the parents.

  • Original Birth Certificates.

  • Original transfer Certificate (Except LKG)

  • STD X Original mark sheet for Xi and XII Admission.

  • Community Certificate in case of MBC/OBC/BC/SC/ST

  • Proof of residence (Photocopy of Ration card, Rental agreement, Gas bill, Telephone bill, PanCard, Driving License, Aadhar Card

 

 

Students from other boards (within / outside India) should also furnish

 

  •  Migration certificates from their respective boards.

  • The transfer certificate should be counter signed by the respective boards

  • Foreign students should produce details of their passports and visa copies.

  • Police verification certificate (for Sri Lankan Students only)
